idea of living

i remember how to live

and remember what kind of house i wanna live in

a beautiful picture-on-frame mosaic for the foyer

a humble dining table with some cut-out artworks

for the dining room

a cozy divan with bohemian-colored pillows and dreamy backdrop

a reading corner over the old-framed window

a white and wooden aisle

and a white & blue and a bit old fashioned

with an attic :)

and the most of it,

they're all gonna be in 'the house by the bay"

i made a tattoo,

on aksara jawa (hanacaraka) says mi-(h)a

i made this very special tattoo on an islamic new year eve:

voila!

by this, i know that i can conquer all of my fears

hello 2010, thank you 2009

this is my first post on 2010.

hello, another year.

but i can't stop looking back on 2009,

which for me has been a very weird, tiring, but magical year.

2009 is my year of 

tunes

i was having the best year of new music experience

i'm no longer a single, now i'm an album

love&life-teaching

the hurts, the laughter, desperation, positive minds

all the turning points of who i was before

feeling understanding and decreasing selfishness

i grew up, i grew stronger, i grew wiser

falling and getting up

i was down, and up, and drown, and lifted and trying so hard everytime

there will always a hole to fall to,

but there will always a rope to climb to.

serendipity and coincidence

i haven't found out what's behind all those serendipities

and also coincidences

i guess it's my next task

walrus & diamonds

all the beauties, the paradise, and every drama in between

still, 'us' won't be easy.

let me just let it roll.

2009 is my year of magic

that however i hate some memories of the 'em

i have no regrets.

i have never been this thankful before.

of everything, good or bad.

to be better, or worse.

i thank You, life.

i'm in the ocean with diamond

i was in paradise, with diamond.

day 1

i was alone.

and i got a lesson to learn,

no matter how much i hate of being alone

it is good for your brain sometimes,

and...

that heaven is SO close

strawberrysunset + Explosions In The Sky = my idea of heaven

it goes along with the laughter of the kids and also the sound of crashing waves.

day 2

i was with the cheerful working team.

it was cloudy and the rain poured right when the sun about to set

but yet, 

the place is yet rocky perfect.

gloomysunset + Trespassers William = my idea of thinking

i can wrap the angklung sound with the hard-crashing waves

day 3

i was with walrus having some adventures

no sunset this time,

Bali was packed and jammed and all

but yet,

we manage to get back to our old fave place

suddendeath + live music blaring at Legian = my idea of fun

i spill some silly thoughts

day 4

i flew back

and i kept thinking, 

how is it like, to be God, to see the beauty on the earth from above?

turquoise + blue + sparks + warmth = my idea of pretty things

i can't stop gasping to see the beauty!

i love my escaping days.

another lesson to learn:

something that you hate the most

might be the thing you enjoy the most!

i prove it!

i shuffled it on my way home. took 5 songs, and a BIG question.

a dearly friend of mine, surprised me

his gf has just came back from Manchester,

and she hesitated to meet me, to give me something her bf brought especially for me

i was keep on guessing.

a key chain? maybe a miniature Manchester flag? or maybe it's a great map of York,

that i found myself attracted to that town.

No, turns out:

he watched Coldplay LIVE in Manchester (or London, i forgot)

and he brought me their live CD, Left Right Left Right Left

free LIVE EP as a thank you merch.

that's the perfect surprise for me.

distracted, finally.

one productive way to be tired and happy in some way is:

re-decorating your own room.

mine has been too messy all these times.

and i -finally- decided to fix it up.

now:

stacks of bags, books, and it's the easiest to be cleaned

my super favorite part of my room

fragrances, make ups, accessories, vision board, shoes

and my brand-new necklaces hooks.

it's the most difficult part to be cleaned thou.

i love my balcony

with it's superb views.

how my room looks from the balcony,

where i sat that morning after i cleaned up the mess.

i'm proud of myself to be able to do the cleaning
